Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to feel confident when engaging with Anointed Touch Health & Wellness Center LLC. The following outlines our refund practices:
1. Programs & Classes

Refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the start of a program or class.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, but credit may be applied toward a future program at our discretion.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.
3. Events & Workshops

Deposits for special events, retreats, or workshops are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

If we cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward future services.
4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at anointed.touch.health@gmail.com with your name, proof of purchase, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
